Every plan includes everything Dayna does. They differ only by the size of caseload they are designed for. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST.
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. A card is taken when you sign up and the first charge is on day 15. Cancel before then and nothing is charged.

Patient numbers are a guide to the caseload each plan suits, not a limit. Monthly billing, cancel any time, no lock-in.
The same Dayna, whichever plan you choose
There are no features held back on the smaller plan. Everything below is included whichever plan you are on.
- The practitioner portal. Invite patients by name with a simple code, or email the invitation to them.
- A caseload view of all your patients, and a patient page with their meal and diary logs, a calendar of their activity, and your shared goals.
- Goals you set for each patient, with check-ins, comments and attachments, all reviewed in one conversation view.
- A calendar across your whole caseload.
- The Dayna app for your patients, on iOS and Android and always free for them: photo-first meal logging with no calories, numbers or weigh-ins, a diary for reflections, gentle goals, and per-entry sharing control so the patient chooses what you see.
- Email invitations and in-app notifications for your patients.
- Records and photographs stored in Australia, encrypted in transit and at rest, with an audit trail. The Privacy Policy sets out the detail, including the limited overseas processing by supporting services.

How does the free trial work?
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. A card is taken when you sign up, and the first charge happens on day 15. If you cancel before then, nothing is charged.
Are the patient numbers a limit?
No. They describe the size of caseload each plan is designed for, so you can pick the one that fits. If your caseload grows, move to the plan that suits it.
Can I pay annually?
Not yet. Billing is monthly only for now.
How do I cancel?
Cancel any time from Settings in the practitioner portal. Your access continues until the end of the period you have paid for.
How do I change plans?
Contact and we will move you across. Changing plans yourself is not available yet.
Do my patients pay anything?
No. The Dayna app is free for your patients, on both iOS and Android. Only practitioners hold a subscription.
I am taking part in the Dayna trial. Do I pay?
Dayna is running a limited trial, and invitations are enabled for practitioners taking part. If that is you, contact and we will talk you through free access.
