Support between appointments
Dayna is a gentle companion designed for people working towards a healthier relationship with food and eating, alongside care from a participating practitioner.
Coming soon to the App Store and Google Play.
A calm record of your relationship with food
Use Dayna to record meals and snacks, reflect on feelings and experiences, keep a journal, and check in on goals set with your practitioner. Entries are shared with your linked practitioner by default, with the option to keep an individual entry private. You join with an invitation from your practitioner — Dayna is currently available to invited adults aged 18 and over in Australia.
Meal & snack logging
Record meals and snacks with an optional photo — no calories, points or scores.
Feelings & reflections
Note how you felt and what the experience was like, in your own words and your own time.
Journal
A private space for diary entries about eating, feelings and experiences between appointments.
Practitioner-supported goals
Check in on goals set together with your practitioner, and reflect on how they're going.
Secure sharing
What you log is shared securely with your linked practitioner, supporting your conversations together.
Built to support your practice
Dayna's secure web portal keeps you connected with what your patients choose to share, so time in appointments goes further. The portal link will be published here at launch — if you're interested in using Dayna in your practice, contact hello@daynahealth.com.
Invite your patients
Patients join Dayna with your invitation, so the app always sits alongside your care — never on its own.
Review what's shared
Meal logs, reflections and goal check-ins are organised in one calm view, ready to look at before each appointment.
Set goals together
Create goals and add comments that appear gently in your patient's app between sessions.
Designed for sensitive information
Dayna is made in Australia and designed first for people here — your records and photos are stored in Sydney and handled under Australian privacy law. As Dayna grows to other countries, keeping your information close to home will stay part of the design. A few supporting services process limited information overseas; the privacy policy explains exactly which. Dayna shows no advertising, uses no tracking tools, and never sells your information. Read the Dayna Privacy Policy for full details, or see how to delete your account.
What Dayna is not
Dayna is a companion, not a substitute for professional medical, psychological or dietetic care. It isn't a diet, weight-loss or calorie-counting app, it doesn't provide medical advice, and it isn't monitored in real time — it works alongside care from a participating practitioner.
